What is the full process from design to completion?

Do you use subcontractors? If so, who?
Yes - we use subcontractors for other licensed disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Mokko does the majority of construction ourselves, but we will contract out specialized services such as roofing. It’s important to us that all parts of construction are up to code and insurance, completed by licensed professionals. We use other quality local Central Oregon businesses with whom we have worked for many years.

When can you start, and how long does the project take?
We’re a small company - which is intentional. We like to stay connected and personal with every project. We take on new projects whenever possible - please fill out our inquiry form with your proposed project. Each job is different in its scope and size, so the project timeline varies.

How does the payment schedule work for my project?
Before a project officially begins, all parties sign a contract that details the project information, including a scheduled payment plan with costs and dates. An initial down payment is collected up front, with the remaining payments tied to project progress - meaning installments are due prior to the completion of key phases.

Yes! We love taking on clients’ unique (and even sometimes challenging!) ideas and making your visions a reality. We value artistic expression, and we appreciate that you do, too!
